Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

  • Account data: email, display name, profile picture if you upload one, password hash.
  • Generation history: prompts, lyrics, the audio you generate, credit balance.
  • Billing data: subscription state and last-payment ID. Card details never reach our servers — payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, basic device info, error logs, captured in standard server logs.

2. Why we use it

  • To deliver the service: render music, track your credits, save your library.
  • To handle payments and renewals via Lemon Squeezy.
  • To keep accounts secure (rate limits, anti-abuse, debugging).
  • To send essential account email (welcome, billing, password reset). We don't send marketing email without explicit consent.

3. Who else sees your data

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service:

  • Lemon Squeezy — payments and tax handling.
  • Google & Facebook — only if you sign in with them; we receive your email and public profile.
  • Replicate / AI compute providers — your prompt is sent to render audio; output comes back to us.
  • Sentry — error monitoring; we strip PII from error reports.

We do not sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

4. How long we keep it

Account and generation data are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we have to retain a payment record for tax/legal reasons (typically 7 years).

5. Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/UK) and KVKK (Turkey/Azerbaijan), you can:

  • Ask what data we hold about you.
  • Correct or update it.
  • Export your data (we'll send a JSON archive within 30 days).
  • Delete your account and personal data.
  • Withdraw consent for any optional data use.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (authentication, session, basic preferences). No tracking pixels, no third-party advertising cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll post material changes on this page and notify active users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
