Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Mugam AI is an AI music generation service operated by the publisher of mugam.ai. Contact: info@mugam.ai. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

You can use Mugam AI to generate audio from text prompts. Output quality, length, and feature access depend on your subscription tier and the credits available on your account. The service is provided "as is" — we work hard on reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes for any prompt.

3. Your content and license

The audio you generate is yours to keep, share, and build on, subject to the commercial-use rights of your plan. Free and Starter tiers cover personal use; Creator and above include a full commercial license. You are responsible for what you generate and how you use it.

You retain ownership of your inputs (prompts, lyrics). We may use anonymised metadata to improve the service. We do not sell your inputs or outputs to third parties.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to generate content that:

• impersonates a real person without their consent;
• infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights;
• is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit;
• is used for spam, fraud, or harassment.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules and remove offending content at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed by Lemon Squeezy in advance for each period (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep access until then.

Refunds. If you are unhappy with a charge, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we'll issue a full refund, provided you have used less than 25% of the credits granted for that billing period.

Prices are shown in USD. Local taxes (VAT/GST) may apply and are added at checkout by Lemon Squeezy.

6. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible. On deletion we remove personal data per our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mugam AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the updated terms.
